Job summary

TAIT is hiring a Fuel Construction Foreman to lead field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality on every project. You’ll balance safety with productivity while representing TAIT professionally on job sites.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial petroleum construction or related supervision, travel up to 50-75%, training in Richardson, TX, and certifications such as ICC UST, Veeder Root, and HAZWOPER.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial petroleum construction or related field supervision.
• ICC UST Install/Retrofit, Decommissioning, or Service Technician certifications.
• Veeder Root certifications.
• 24- or 40-hour HAZWOPER (or current refresher).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and actively participate in daily field operations.
• Supervise job site personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and correctly.
• Coordinate materials, equipment rentals, and deliveries.
• Inspect materials and equipment for quality and accuracy upon arrival.
• Schedule and meet with inspectors; manage inspection process.
• Conduct and document daily safety meetings and enforce safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site.
• Monitor project schedules, labor hours, and productivity.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Document job progress, including daily photo reporting.
• Report incidents, delays, or field changes promptly.
