US Mobile in New York is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to grow and mentor a frontend team while staying hands-on, shaping architecture and delivering fast, accessible web and mobile experiences used by millions.

You will hire, set standards, influence roadmaps, and collaborate with backend, product, and design. Proficiency in TypeScript, React, CSS, and state management tools is essential; experience with Rust or React Native is a plus. This is a high-impact role with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of frontend engineering experience, including leadership or people management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Proven ability to mentor and grow frontend engineers and influence direction
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to executives and cross-functional partners
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and CSS; familiarity with state management libraries
• Bonus: Rust, React Native, or telecom-related apps
