You will hire, set standards, influence roadmaps, and collaborate with backend, product, and design. Proficiency in TypeScript, React, CSS, and state management tools is essential; experience with Rust or React Native is a plus. This is a high-impact role with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of frontend engineering experience, including leadership or people management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Proven ability to mentor and grow frontend engineers and influence direction
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to executives and cross-functional partners
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and CSS; familiarity with state management libraries
• Bonus: Rust, React Native, or telecom-related apps

Responsibilities
