Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of professional frontend software development experience, including leadership roles.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript in large-scale frontend environments.
• Extensive experience building component-driven web apps using React.js, state management, performance optimization, and design system integration.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js for build tooling, SSR, or frontend-adjacent services.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL for client-side data fetching and API design.
• Exposure to Perl, Oracle, AWS, Jenkins, and Harness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of frontend features and platform components using JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Guide and mentor other frontend engineers on implementation practices, code quality, and shared conventions.
• Define and evolve frontend architecture patterns, component libraries, and engineering standards.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services via GraphQL APIs and RESTful endpoints.
• Leverage Node.js to support build tooling, SSR, and frontend-adjacent service development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to shape technical direction.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted development tools into the team's workflow.
• Drive code review practices, testing standards, and deployment readiness.
• Analyze existing frontend codebases and lead migration to the modernized React-based architecture.
