You’ll bridge APIs and UI, while mentoring peers and driving a high‑quality, accessible user experience. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of frontend experience, mastery of TypeScript and React, and a track record building design systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development in frontend roles.
• Expert in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Experience building or scaling an enterprise design system.
• Proficient with REST and GraphQL APIs and OpenAPI specs.
• Strong testing discipline across unit, component, and E2E tests.
• WCAG-compliant accessibility mindset and practices.
• Collaborates with UX, PM, and backend engineers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent enterprise experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Frontend Architecture for the Fleet Manager UI.
• Co-own the User Experience with a dedicated UX designer.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs to power scalable interfaces.
• Steward and evolve the design system across surfaces.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools while maintaining code quality.
• Ensure security-first UI with RBAC and safe data handling.
• Collaborate on API design using OpenAPI specs.
• Embed tests, CI/CD, and accessibility checks into workflow.
