Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development delivering complex, maintainable software.
• Proven experience leading design and implementation in a hands-on technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Angular or React and in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining Design Systems and reusable Web Components.
• Hands-on experience with Storybook for component development and documentation.
• Strong experience with unit testing and testing methodologies.
• Working experience with Node.js for frontend enablement and integrations.
• Experience with Ionic for integrations or hybrid apps.
• Strong understanding of component-driven development, UI architecture, and frontend best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile development.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Passion for continuous learning and improving engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend design and implementation of enterprise web platforms.
• Drive architecture and solutioning for Angular and React apps, including design systems.
• Build and maintain reusable Web Components and Design Systems.
• Develop high-quality HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript code.
• Implement and maintain Storybook for component documentation and adoption.
• Define and execute functional testing strategies for end-to-end workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain QA automation using Playwright.
• Integrate Playwright automation into CI/CD pipelines and analyze results.
• Contribute to Node.js services and tooling supporting frontend apps.
• Support hybrid and integration use cases using Ionic as needed.
• Ensure code quality via reviews, unit tests, and mentorship.
• Balance technical debt with feature delivery and identify risks with mitigations.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, QA, and Backend teams for seamless delivery.
• Promote knowledge sharing and engineering excellence across teams.
• Support delivery predictability through technical planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
