Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor across engineering teams through expertise and clear communication.
• Own architectural and technical decisions for cross-team initiatives.

• Establish and evangelize engineering standards and AI-native development patterns.
