Job summary

Relha LLC seeks a Lead Software Engineer to drive frontend and web platform development, shaping architecture for Angular and React apps, and championing scalable design systems and reusable Web Components.

You will own testing strategies, integrate Playwright into CI/CD, mentor peers, and collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Architecture, and Backend teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development delivering complex, high-quality software.
• Proven hands-on leadership in technical design and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Angular or React.
• Experience building and maintaining Design Systems and reusable Web Components.
• Hands-on experience with Storybook for component development and documentation.
• Strong experience with unit testing frameworks and testing methodologies.
• Working experience with Node.js for frontend enablement and integrations.
• Experience with Ionic for supporting integrations or hybrid applications.
• Strong understanding of UI architecture, component-driven development, and frontend best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile software development.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate complex concepts.
• Passion for continuous learning and improving engineering outcomes.
