Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Experience translating designs into modular, reusable components.
• Strong understanding of semantic HTML and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Build with Excellence: write clean, scalable, high‑performance code for core components and design system tooling.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineering to translate UI designs into robust solutions.
• Uphold quality: automated tests, code reviews, pixel‑perfect components.
• Champion accessibility to meet WCAG 2.1 AA/ADA standards.
• Mentor engineers and promote modern engineering practices.
• Drive adoption: help product teams integrate the design system and measure impact.
