Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years experience developing web, software, or mobile applications.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in the Software design/architecture process and SDLC.
• Experience with REST or SOAP web services.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with scalable, consumer-facing web/mobile apps.
• Open source tech experience or prototyping emerging tech.
• Proficiency in AI model development and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Create front end solutions delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Translate customer insights into mockups, wireframes, and proof-of-concept code.
• Lead a small team to solve complex programming and design issues.
• Contribute to project design and architecture for web, mobile, and front end software.
• Provide technical direction and prioritize features to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance software with AI technology.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers on best practices and AI integration.
