About the Role:

In this role as a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will:

Front-End Development

• Design, build, and maintain the React-based web application at scale.
• Implement user interfaces using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to ensure performant, intuitive, and responsive experiences.

Performance & Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks and optimize for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot complex front-end issues and provide robust solutions
• Serve as a lead on front-end projects, guiding junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to technical design decisions, ensuring code quality and best practices.

AI Integration

• Work alongside AI/ML teams to integrate large language models and other AI capabilities into the front-end, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Apply strong design sensibilities to deliver polished, accessible, and user-centric interfaces.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from internal stakeholders and end users.
