Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend development experience.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
• 2+ years of leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1+ accessibility.
• Experience building component libraries or design systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing tooling.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers.
• Define frontend architecture, patterns, and standards.
• Build and maintain a shared component library and design system.
• Write production-quality React/TypeScript code.
