Applied Information Sciences, Inc seeks a Sr Front End Engineer SME to architect, build, and optimize modern user interfaces that support mission‑critical applications. You will lead scalable, high‑performance frontend solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and AWS-hosted environments, mentoring mid‑level developers and setting engineering standards.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience developing modern frontend applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Advanced experience building UI components with HTML, CSS, Sass, and responsive design frameworks.
Strong experience integrating with REST APIs and working with JSON and XML data formats.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Node.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Architect modular, maintainable, and scalable UI component libraries.
Mentor mid level and junior frontend developers and review code.
