Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a hospitality-driven Lead Front Desk Associate for Metropolitan, a residential high-rise in Dallas, Texas. Shift is 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM with compensation of $27.00 - $28.00 per hour.

You will deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors, serve as the primary contact, and help create a welcoming environment while mentoring front desk staff and coordinating daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge services, or residential property management.
• Experience in lead, senior, or team support roles preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to mentor and support less-experienced team members.
• Problem-solving skills and discretion in challenging situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment for residents and guests.
• Lead Front Desk Associates, provide guidance and day-to-day support.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Coordinate daily front desk activities and maintain records and documentation.
• Manage calls, emails, packages, visitor registrations, and service requests.
