Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Produce Department operations focusing on freshness, quality, and service.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service and ensure associates demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Execute merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and promotional displays.
• Maintain attractive, full, fresh, and visually appealing produce displays.
• Manage rotation, remove damaged items, and maintain freshness standards.
• Order, receive, inspect, and store produce following safety guidelines.
• Control shrink through inventory management and waste reduction strategies.
• Build and manage labor schedules aligned with business needs.
• Train, coach, and develop produce associates while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and standards.
