Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking a Superintendent/Framing Foreman to lead framing crews on residential and commercial projects. You will bridge hands-on framing with supervisory duties, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in framing, strong reading of plans, and proven crew coordination. OSHA training is preferred, with driver’s license and reliable transportation a must.Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of framing experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience supervising framing crews and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction sequencing, and quality standards.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise framing crews and subcontractors to meet plans, specs, and schedule.
• Read blueprints and structural drawings to guide layout and rough carpentry work.
• Oversee daily site operations, material staging, crew scheduling, and coordination of trades.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure framing meets codes and specs.
• Enforce safety policies and lead toolbox talks on site.
