Job summary

Lancesoft invites an experienced FPGA Design Engineer to advance EW and wireless DSP-enabled systems from concept to deployment in Salt Lake City. You will drive RTL, verification, and test across the full design lifecycle while guiding small engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have strong VHDL/Verilog, DSP, and FPGA tooling skills, with optional experience in high-speed interfaces and field support. U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 9+ years in FPGA/EW domains.
• Strong VHDL/Verilog and FPGA development lifecycle experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DOD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across RTL design, simulation, synthesis, and testing.
• Lead small teams of technical contributors on EW-related FPGA projects.
• Support proposals, requirements definition, integration, and field support.
