Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer - FPGA for a Salt Lake City, UT contract role. You will develop advanced EW and wireless DSP systems, contribute across the full design lifecycle, and potentially lead small teams of engineers in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience (or 7+ with a Master’s) and an active Secret clearance. Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog, ModelSim, Vivado, and related FPGA tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 9+ years of related experience; master’s preferred
• Active Secret Security Clearance required
• Experience leading small engineering teams or technical contributors

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced EW and wireless DSP systems
• Contribute across full design lifecycle: RTL, simulation, synthesis, verification and field support
• Lead small teams of technical contributors when needed
