Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate who combines FP&A fluency with Anaplan administration to design and optimize connected planning solutions for US forecasting and reporting. You will develop models, dashboards, and interfaces that provide a single source of truth for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of relevant FP&A and systems implementation experience.
• 5-7+ years in finance/business with supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign.
• Experience acting as liaison between business and development teams.
• Overtime during concentrated activity (system implementation, rollovers, reorganizations).
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team and limited travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable planning solutions.
• Build and enhance complex models for finance, analytics, and reporting.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights and decision support.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams globally to ensure timely data flows.
• Support system integrations and resolve data integrity issues.
