CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst for the Residential Real Estate unit. This in-office role focuses on financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting to support revenue growth and profitability.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Leadership to deliver insights, budgets, and quarterly reviews, and to evaluate M&A opportunities. Requires 8+ years FP&A or 6+ with a Master’s; strong Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years FP&A or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP/BI tools and SaaS metrics.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and forecasts with Finance and business partners.
• Analyze revenue drivers and SaaS metrics; support leadership.
• Maintain customer analysis and market sizing.
• Track expenses and perform variance analyses.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign effectiveness.
• Create management presentations for quarterly reviews.
• Evaluate M&A targets as needed.
