Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of FP&A, finance, analytics, or sales operations experience.
• MBA, CPA or related master’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills; budgeting applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, Legal to manage expenses and efficiency.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and reporting packages for senior management.
• Support monthly/quarterly close; validate results and variances.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and forecasting tools usage.
• Model and communicate impact on P&L; analyze M&A targets when needed.
