**Responsibilities**
The Lead FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial turnaround and long-term growth strategy. This position is responsible for driving forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, and management reporting across a multi-site senior living portfolio.
+ Support short- and long-term forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning across a multi-property, multi-entity structure to support financial turnaround and growth.
+ Analyze key revenue streams, census trends, labor efficiency, and full P&L performance to generate insights that improve outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
+ Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and Board/ELT presentations that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio.
+ Build and maintain financial models and business cases to support capital investments, new programs, and service line optimization, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
+ Collaborate closely with the CFO, Finance leadership, and operational teams to align on targets, develop budget assumptions, and deliver relevant performance narratives.
+ Standardize and streamline forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes, identifying automation and system improvement opportunities to increase accuracy and scalability.
+ Foster a collaborative, forward-looking FP&A culture that moves beyond reporting to support decision-making, adaptability, and shared accountability for performance and growth
+ Completes schedules as required by Ascension FPA and System Office.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Leverage advanced Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, nested formulas, dynamic modeling) to support analysis and process improvement
+ Brings strong attention to detail and analytical rigor, while also demonstrating the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences across operations, clinical, and executive teams.
+ Promote a collaborative, respectful, and values-driven team environment across all levels of the organization.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring accuracy in both verbal and written information.
+ Exercise strong judgement and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive image in all resident and staff interactions.
+ Stay current on financial practices and tools through ongoing learning and training opportunities.
