• Proficient fabrication and welding skills with solid electrical understanding.
• Electrician certificate or license held.
• Lean manufacturing familiarity and welding/fabrication certifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain furnaces, ovens, casting systems.
• Lead installations, upgrades, and major repairs ensuring safety standards.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
