Job summary

Delta Air Lines is seeking a Lead Foundry Solutions Engineer to design and scale analytics across TechOps, enabling workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and data-driven decisions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex business challenges into scalable Foundry solutions, and drive enterprise data architecture and platform governance. Strong collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of analytics, data engineering, software engineering, or enterprise data solutions.
• Advanced experience with SQL and Python in production environments.
• Expertise with Palantir Foundry (Workshop, Ontology, Pipeline Builder) and data integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with enterprise-scale impact.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of large-scale analytics apps in Palantir Foundry.
• Drive ERP, workforce forecasting, and capacity planning capabilities across TechOps.
• Provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives from concept to adoption.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines, Ontology models, and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and finance to deliver value.
• Mentor junior team members and promote innovation.
