KLA in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Data Analyst / Data Scientist with hands-on Palantir Foundry experience. You will work with business stakeholders to translate needs into Foundry solutions and build scalable analytics and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities include developing Foundry pipelines, dashboards, and data products, validating data, and collaborating with IT and data teams. Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years Foundry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.
• Maximum 5 years of total professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience building data pipelines, transformations, and operational applications in Foundry.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or machine learning.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and business process transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements.
• Translate business processes into scalable Palantir Foundry solutions.
• Design and develop Foundry-native applications using Workshop for interactive data and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Foundry pipelines, Ontology objects, and Workshop applications.
• Build analytical models and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Support AI/ML use cases within the Foundry ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Create technical and functional documentation and promote data governance best practices.
• Perform data validation, testing, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive projects independently and communicate progress to stakeholders.
