Job summary

Groundworks in Michigan seeks a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation solutions projects, directing safety, quality, and productivity on site in Livonia. You will plan work, assign tasks, install products with a national support team, and ensure timely completion within budget while delivering superior customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, proven crew management, basic construction knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Able to Enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job on-site; sets plans based on time, tools, and order of work; assigns duties to crew.
• Installs products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
• Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman
• Drives the company-provided vehicle to and from the job site daily.
