Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Foreman to lead installation crews on local projects in West Palm Beach. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish, coordinating daily operations and mentoring crew members.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job on-site; plans based on time, tools, and order of work; assigns duties.
• Installs products and services with support of national team.
• Troubleshoots situations to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service onsite; ensures final documentation is complete.
