Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services subsidiary, is seeking an Experienced Foundation Estimator to join our West-region team across multiple sites. You will prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical infrastructure projects, covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

You will analyze plans, participate in bid reviews, collaborate with project managers, and ensure estimates meet client expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willing to travel.

Responsabilités

• Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work.
• Analyze RFPs, project specs, and pricing schedules.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Perform take-offs and cost analyses to support estimates.
• Develop and maintain cost databases and pre-approval estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders on bids.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and submit proposal documents to clients.
• Manage change orders and cost-to-complete estimates.
