Ferrovial, a global leader in infrastructure, is seeking a construction supervisor through its Webber unit, based in Houston, Texas.

The role involves building forms for concrete structures, leading teams, ensuring safety, and coordinating with foremen and project managers on a range of heavy civil projects.

Candidates should have basic literacy, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and 0–3 years of experience; heavy physical work and compliance with safety procedures are required.

Qualifications

• Education: less than a high school diploma.
• Minimum 0-3 years of related construction experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Works from plans to build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set in place forms for molding concrete structures.
• Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
• Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
• May install precast concrete elements.
• Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
• May install permanent metal deck forms.
• May work with power tools.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to the supervisor and/or Human Resources
