Job summary

Ferrovial, through its Webber subsidiary, seeks an experienced construction foreman to supervise formwork and concrete operations. You will read plans, guide crews, and ensure safe, efficient placement of concrete forms on site in the United States.

The role requires physical stamina and a background in heavy civil construction. You will work outdoors in varied weather and contribute to project milestones with strong teamwork and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have basic ability to read plans.
• 0-3 years construction experience preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies.
• Physical ability for heavy labor outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Check forms while concrete is placed.
• Direct others in stripping forms after placement.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
• May install precast concrete elements.
• Prepare for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
• May install permanent metal deck forms.
• May work with power tools.
• Support company operations and team goals.
• Provide leadership by example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
