Qualifications

• Lead and develop teams of tradesmen.
• Must have own tools and experience with structural concrete.
• OSHA safety Certifications a plus.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and specifications and perform layouts.
• Plan and schedule crane usage with other trades.
• Perform the 3-week look-ahead.
• Lead and develop teams of tradesmen.
• Remove forms.
• Ensure safety policies and scaffold usage are followed.
• Secure and put away tools and equipment at day end.
