DART WAREHOUSE CORPORATION is seeking a Lead Forklift Operator to lead a warehouse team, ensure safe and efficient loading/unloading, and improve productivity and customer service.

You will supervise, train, and support operators, maintain security, and help manage scheduling and shift coverage. The role requires forklift certification and a willingness to work 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday, with potential extended hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
• Experience managing people/budgets required.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff preferred.
• Computer and database applications skills required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate a lift truck.
• Forklift certification required upon commencement of work.
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs.
• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
