Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, preferably focused on existing buildings, repair, or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural condition assessments of existing buildings to evaluate systems and performance.
• Develop repair strategies and rehabilitation plans for existing structures.
• Coordinate design, drawings, specifications, and construction documents with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and perform peer reviews of evaluation and repair work.
