Job summary

Suncoast Restoration and Waterproofing is seeking a Waterproofing & Structural Restoration Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area. The role manages safety, schedules, and quality, coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and field staff.

The ideal candidate has hands-on waterproofing and concrete restoration experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read project documents, enforce safety, and drive productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience in commercial waterproofing, structural concrete restoration, or related work.
• Minimum one year of foreman/lead supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and enforce OSHA regulations and site safety standards.
• Coordinate daily field activities with the Superintendent and review project priorities and schedules.
• Lead crews, assign tasks, monitor production, and mentor junior staff.
• Oversee waterproofing, concrete restoration, coatings, sealants, and building envelope work.
• Maintain daily logs, report progress, and ensure quality workmanship.
