Overview

Sunbelt Restoration of Florida specializes in Masonry Restoration, Façade Restoration, Structural Repairs, Waterproof Coatings and Sealants, Sealant Replacement, and Roof Repair / Maintenance.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals interested in an opportunity to advance their careers in the restoration and waterproofing construction industry. As a restoration and waterproofing field technician, you will be a part of a team of experienced individuals who value integrity, customer service, and performing quality work.

Qualifications

Effective written and oral communication.

Basic math and computer skills.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, operate equipment / machinery, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).

Base knowledge of construction documents and plans.

Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with firm deadlines.

Hourly pay based on experience with overtime pay.
