Job summary

R.H. White is a historic construction company focused on underground piping and site civil excavation for industrial and commercial facilities.

As a working foreman, you will lead crews, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained while performing precise installations and repairs. You will be responsible for emergency response readiness, participate in the CSD winter on-call rotation, and travel across the New England states as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability to lead, motivate and direct subordinates.
• Ability to work within precise standards of accuracy and make decisions based on measurable criteria.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and able to stand, stoop, kneel or crouch.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in installation, maintenance and repair of underground piping and site civil work.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings to determine procedures.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met in all tasks.
• Available for emergency response assignments and on-call winter rotation.
• Travel throughout New England for work as needed.
