Job summary

R.H. White is seeking a Working Foreman to coordinate activities of a crew engaged in installing water, sewer and drainage, building pad excavations, and general site grading in Maine. You will read and interpret drawings and lead the crew to execute work safely and accurately on plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years' experience in site work including excavation, underground utilities, roadway/pavement construction, and site development.
• Ability to lead and motivate work crews; work within precise standards and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of a crew installing underground utilities per plans and specifications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity; support training and development of crew members.
