Job summary

Pacific Coast Construction and Waterproofing Inc is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead residential and commercial reconstruction and remodeling projects. This role blends hands-on carpentry with team leadership to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

You will run projects from start to finish, mentor crew members, read blueprints, manage materials and schedules, and maintain clear communication with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven reconstruction/remodeling experience with framing and finishing carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints and work directly from drawings.
• Experience leading teams on residential/commercial projects; OSHA safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily jobsite operations and align with plans.
• Lead the team with hands-on mentorship and guidance.
• Manage multiple projects across stages and priorities.
• Perform framing, building, and carpentry tasks per drawings.
• Maintain safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate materials, labor and schedules; ensure tools and safety gear available.
