This role requires strong communication, past crew leadership experience, and the ability to work in physical conditions. A valid driver’s license is required and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, motivate others and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Able to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assesses conditions on-site and assigns duties to crew.
• Installs products and services with support from a national team.
• Innovates and troubleshoots to meet company standards and timelines.
• Provides customers with quality service while onsite.
• Maintains complete, accurate final documentation.
• Supervises crew and mentors Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drives company vehicle to job site daily.
• Punctually reports to work each scheduled day.
