Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 7–10 years of focused foreclosure/creditor litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, courtroom advocacy, and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead contested litigation practice across Florida, directing strategy and resources.
• Serve as lead counsel in high-stakes foreclosure, collections, and lender-liability matters.
• Supervise attorneys and paralegals; ensure deadlines, quality, and ethics.
• Represent the firm in court for motions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate with clients and firm leadership on status and strategy.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to business planning.
