Job summary

KOENECKE FORD is seeking a Lead Ford Technician to drive shop operations and technical excellence in Reedsburg, WI. You will lead repair, maintenance and diagnostics for Ford and other vehicles, while guiding the service team with integrity and accountability.

You will mentor junior technicians, troubleshoot complex powertrain and electrical issues, and collaborate with management to streamline parts, scheduling and workflow efficiency, all in a 100% onsite role with a strong emphasis on safety

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of servicing experience.
Active Ford Certification and manufacturer training.
Completion of a formal trade program or technical certification.
Leadership qualities rooted in personal character and integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead repair, maintenance and diagnostic workflows for Ford and other vehicles.
Direct daily shop activities as the lead technical anchor for the service department.
Mentor junior technicians to raise technical standards and teamwork.
Troubleshoot complex electrical, engine and powertrain issues on specialized equipment.
Collaborate with service management to streamline scheduling, parts and workflows.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain high-quality control on every job.
