Job summary

KOENECKE FORD is seeking a Lead Ford Technician to drive shop operations and technical excellence in Reedsburg, WI. You will lead repair, maintenance and diagnostics for Ford and other vehicles, while guiding the service team with integrity and accountability.

You will mentor junior technicians, troubleshoot complex powertrain and electrical issues, and collaborate with management to streamline parts, scheduling and workflow efficiency, all in a 100% onsite role with a strong emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of servicing experience.
• Active Ford Certification and manufacturer training.
• Completion of a formal trade program or technical certification.
• Leadership qualities rooted in personal character and integrity.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead repair, maintenance, and diagnostic workflows for Ford and other vehicles.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing.

• Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification.

• Position is 100% onsite in Reedsburg, WI.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience leading service shop operations or managing technician workflows in a dealership setting.
• Extensive technical knowledge across civil construction, industrial, and agricultural machinery.
• Advanced safety training certifications including OSHA, fall protection, or lift operations.
