Job summary

Invertops is seeking an Deployment & Operations Lead in Austin to own the repeatable deployment playbook. You will drive end-to-end installs for on-prem and customer VPC environments, ensuring fast, secure, auditable deployments and smooth onboarding for new customers.

You will standardize steps, automate where possible, and collaborate with the engineering team to maintain compliance artifacts and a reliable rollout process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in deployment, implementation, or infra/DevOps roles.
• Hands-on with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and/or on-prem provisioning.
• Process-minded and able to turn chaos into a checklist without losing rigor.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment playbook for on-prem and customer VPC installs.
• Run provisioning, security review, and training with each new customer.
• Standardize repeatable steps and automate them alongside engineering.
• Maintain the audit and compliance artifacts customers need to approve deployments.
