Job summary

Invertops is seeking an Deployment & Operations Lead in Austin to own the repeatable deployment playbook. You will drive end-to-end installs for on-prem and customer VPC environments, ensuring fast, secure, auditable deployments and smooth onboarding for new customers.

You will standardize steps, automate where possible, and collaborate with the engineering team to maintain compliance artifacts and a reliable rollout process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in deployment, implementation, or infra/DevOps roles.
• Hands-on with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and/or on-prem provisioning.
• Process-minded and able to turn chaos into a checklist without losing rigor.

As deployment and operations lead, you'll own the repeatable playbook that gets Invertops running inside a customer's environment—fast, secure, and auditable every time.

This role turns one-off installs into a standardized process, so the ~80% core deploys the same way while the bespoke ~20% is well-scoped.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in deployment, implementation, or infrastructure/DevOps roles.
• Hands-on with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and/or on-prem provisioning.
• Process-minded—you turn chaos into a checklist without losing rigor.
• Based in or willing to work from Austin, with travel to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with security reviews, SSO/SCIM, and IaC (Terraform).
• Background deploying software into regulated or private environments.
