Compass Group USA is seeking a Food Unit Lead in Middletown, PA. The role coordinates activities of other food-service staff and ensures a quality dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.

You will supervise food preparation, service, sanitation, and paperwork while maintaining company standards. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish preference and prior supervisory experience in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of food-service employees.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverage items per standards.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Trains and assigns work to staff to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Develops sanitation schedules and ensures adherence to cleaning protocols.
• Maintains cash handling and completes required daily/weekly/monthly reports.
