Job summary

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, and knowledge of CBORD or related systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Three years in hospitality or industry operation with two years progressive lead/supervisory experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Must have one of: Food Handler Permit or Certified Food Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve patient and visitor issues with high service standards.
• Assist management in training and directing food service operations.
• Contribute to department scores for patient satisfaction and teamwork.
• Oversee tray assembly, serving, replenishment, cash handling, and sanitation as directed.
