You will help train team members, monitor food prep, maintain safety, and support achievement of hospitality and speed of service goals. The role is hourly and offers weekly pay and a flexible schedule.

• Experience supervising shifts and training team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Brand and PTC restaurant operational standards.
• Executes shift plan and follows up on tasks.
• Monitors cash handling procedures and register processes.
• Provides direction to team during shift and supports management.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance.
• Assists with training and cross-training of staff.
