Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining, located at Hinds CC Chick-fil-A, is seeking an experienced lead foodservice worker to oversee daily onsite operations, ensuring quality food preparation and exceptional service. This role is full-time and onsite, offering growth within a dynamic campus dining program.

You will direct staff, manage prep and storage, handle ordering, uphold sanitation and safety protocols, and train new team members to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one year's experience in a foodservice role.

The Role at a glance
