Elior Collegiate Dining in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking an experienced lead foodservice worker to manage daily operations on site, ensuring quality food preparation and service. You will direct staff, oversee service flow, and uphold safety standards in a collegiate dining environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. Supervisory experience is a plus and benefits are provided.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our education team in Lawrenceville, GA. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
• Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Ordering food and paper products as needed.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Training new staff members as needed.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one years’ experience in a foodservice role.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation Range

$18-20 per hour
