Role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and willingness to handle occasional night/weekend events. You will participate in meetings and uphold Aramark's service standards across catering and facility programs.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production sheets/recipes.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Maintain food safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
• Oversee serving schedules and adherence to menu specs.
• Train/mentor other food service workers and supervise staff.
• Maintain hygiene/cleanliness and logs, including equipment maintenance.
