The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork across daily activities and special events. You'll supervise schedules, mentor employees, and maintain logs for sanitation and equipment maintenance while supporting a dynamic catering environment.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and understands verbal instructions.
• Completes sanitation course prior to or during initial year.
• Knowledgeable in operating a cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintains emotional control under stress.
• Able to resolve interpersonal situations and conflicts.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Produce and maintain staff work schedules and may prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise employees.
• Ensure food production safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Maintain safe, organized, hazard-free storage of food items.
• Track inventory on a weekly basis and assist with orders.
• Mentor and train food service staff, promoting growth and teamwork.
• Maintain logs for equipment maintenance and food safety temperatures.
• Occasionally fill in for absent staff and support catering events.
